Ruling on Second Characters

Audacia Paula authorizes the creation of a second account for any end-user, for the purpose of playing a second character apart from your primary character. This privledge is only granted to members the administration recognizes as active or committed, and in most cases a month of sustained, frequent involvment in forum affairs and roleplays must be demonstrated before the request for a second character may even be submitted.
