Effects: Cost increase to do the severity of the wound. Allows him to regenerate any body part he loses and any fatal wound. The only thing that can permanently harm him is pure silver. That is the only thing he can't regenerate around or from if it is lodge in him. However it has to be pure silver extremely hard to find with out having some other metal with it. He is also able to heal others to a minor extent with them drinking his blood, sometimes when he stores up his energy instead of openly regenerating he can instantly regenerate body parts after enough energy has been stored.

Forms: True Form, Lightning Form

Lightning form - Activates only when near panty and stocking, causes his dreadlocks to turn into an afro from which he can pull out a chain gun belt along with the chain gun. It boost his strength more than normal giving him the ability to pick up cars much easier. Can not stack with true form.

True form - A form all vampires have. Garterbelt's makes him gain a white aura while increasing his speed to the point of where a normal human eye can't follow his movements. His strength is increased like in lightning form and his regeneration is sped up.
